I am the owner of Life Harmony Nutrition Shop and your personal nutrition consultant! Helping others achieve their nutrition and body goals has been my lifelong passion. I’ve been working as a one-on-one nutrition coach for ten years years and helped countless people look and feel healthier.
You will be working with me one-on-one, either in person or virtually. Together we will devise a meal and wellness plan to achieve your goals. The first consultation is free: I can’t wait to meet you!

I work with you to choose a plan specifically based on your lifestyle and what you are hoping to achieve nutritionally. And then after you get started, I provide the much-needed accountability to keep you on track. I want you to succeed!

I go beyond what most other nutrition coaches offer: not only do I tell you what to eat, I will cook it for you!
If you live in the general Seattle or Tacoma area, you can contact me to order the meals that I’ve recommended in your nutrition plan. You can pickup your breakfast waffles on your way to work, or your protein shakes after the gym. Or, I will deliver your meals directly to your home on a regular, pre-determined schedule.
